Account Deletion

We respect your right to control your data. If you wish to delete your RTMB account, you have two options:

Option 1: Delete Within the App

You can delete your account directly from the app:

  • Open RTMB
  • Navigate to Settings
  • Select "Account Settings"
  • Tap "Delete Account"
  • Confirm your decision

Option 2: Request Deletion via Email

If you prefer, you can request account deletion by emailing us using the form below:

⚠️ Important: Account deletion is permanent. All your beer logs, statistics, and group memberships will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.

What Happens After Deletion?

When you delete your account:

  • Your account is immediately deactivated
  • All personal information is permanently deleted within 30 days
  • Your beer stats and logs are removed or anonymized from all groups

GDPR & Data Rights

For users in the European Union, you have additional rights under GDPR:

  • Right to access your data
  • Right to rectification of inaccurate data
  • Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten")
  • Right to data portability
  • Right to object to processing
